(August 18, 2020, 3:48 pm)I called and made an appointment and got in almost right away. CJ came out and crawled under my travel trailer to see what was going on with one of the tires wearing oddly, he determined that my axle was bent and provided documentation to that affect as the axle is still under warranty. He point blank informed me that there isn't anything they could adjust on this particular axle before he crawled under it. He even offered to put my spare on for me so that I could travel safely. I opted to go to a tire place so they could put in on the regular wheel rim. When it was all said and done, he didn't charge me for his time. You don't get this kind of customer service anymore and I was completely blown away with the customer service, knowledge and professionalism. NW Fleet Truck/Trailer Repair will be getting all of my axle servicing and repairs in the future.

(July 23, 2020, 10:30 pm)Great service in a timely fashion. In fact, CJ and his crew got us repaired and back on the road in record time. He kept constant contact with us to assure us that everything was under control. He was right.
