Well, this was a nice find for a breakfast near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. We stayed overnight at a nearby Hilton hotel, but decided to take breakfast here before it flight departed a few hours later. Located in the Southcenter shipping mall area, this little gem is a little hidden... but if you find this place, the menu has a good variety of items for breakfast and the prices are pretty decent. Coffee wasn't the greatest, but the food hit the spot for us. Recommended.
We went here yesterday morning when they opened and we were greeted by a nice lady. They have a really big menu but eventually, we ordered the Farmland which was very delicious by the way and the Waffles with sausage. I thought that the order of Waffles would come with something else but just like the name, it was just the Waffles and 2 sausage links. It was still good. Just thought for the price, it would at least come with some eggs. But all in all experience was great. The Farmland really got me full pretty much the whole day. And the service was great. Even though the lady was by herself (besides the cook), she seems to be managing the front of the house very well. Will come back again and try their other offerings.
First time going and it was so good. The only downside (there's two), the Arnold Palmer did not have an ounce of sugar in it and the lemonade tasted like metal and (sorry for the run-on sentence) bacon was old as if it were cooked the day prior and reheated. Other than that it was all really good. Can't wait to go back!!
I decided to try this place out after I picked up my friend at the airport. This was one of few places that serve breakfast very early in the weekend nearby the airport - I feel it was a good choice.
We ordered a chicken fried steak and a French toast with 2 bacons.
The chicken fried steak was less crunchy than I wanted but the gravy was just right. We shared a side of the French toast as we were so craving something lightly sweetened but it was average, nothing special. The bacon was a bit dried.
The staff was friendly and constantly making rounds to fill coffee and water.
The place was packed by the time when we almost finished our breakfast. It seems like they get a lot of regulars.
All in all, I would not say I would make an actual effort to come back anytime soon, but I appreciated our server's good hospitality.
