Progressive Performance

I joined the Gym 4 weeks ago and I really like the experience so far. I have had thyroid problem and weight gain this past year. Coaches Emily and Bryce are wonderful, knowledgeable and patient. They helped me learn the technique, improve my form and strength step-by-step. Emily has helped me make sure I consume good, nutritious food. Overall, it's been an excellent journey so far.

I have been working with the trainers at Progressive Performance since Jan. of 2020 and I could not be more thankful for them. The community within the gym has become family. Jimmy, the CEO and owner, is very flexible and understanding. Emily, the nutrition specialist, has helped guide me to a healthier and sustainable lifestyle. Ellen, who I train with most often, have helped me push myself in ways I never thought was possible.
Affordable, and worth every penny! Speaking of Penny, the gym dog makes my tough lifting days so much better!!

I went to progressive performance two years ago after finishing a tough battle with cancer. I had lost have my body weight and all my strength. Jimmy the owner started training me and within 9 months I was able to hit the 500 club which was amazing. Being at that place is not going to a gym, it’s joining a family.

After 7 months of putting in the work, its apparent that getting to an elevated fitness level cannot be done on your own. I'm stronger than ever, the back pain is gone, the belly fat is shedding, and I'm looking forward to my most shirtless summer ever! I'm so glad I'm not guessing anymore when I walk into the gym. Thank you to the trainers! You are all very supportive, knowledgeable, and inspiring!

I'm so grateful to Jimmy, Emily and Ellen. Three amazing coaches at Progressive Performance. They will identify your goals and help you get there. The community at PP is amazing. If you prefer a smaller studio over the impersonal box gyms, this is the place to go. The members are amazing and the professionals that coach there are beyond anything you've experienced anywhere else. If you truly want to improve your health and reach new personal goals, sign up and show up. My only regret is moving out of state!
