“Beverly is a sweetheart and cares about her work. She got my dress done in a good amount of time. The only thing I was unhappy about was the hem. My dress is designed to where the hem falls in a zigzag type fashion. The hem was not even. One section right above my left foot was higher than the other side. Other than that she did a great job. You couldn't really see it since I was on grass, but for what I paid, I expected it to be even.”

“Good prices the store was a little on the empty side when it comes for being stocked. Wish there were more items. They had clearance graphic tees for $1.50 so that was nice but the clearance rack was unorganized so I was constantly checking the price scanner to be should to catch the sales. Some things in this store is ridiculously expensive and do no reason but there are some good deals”

For Christmas this year I thought I'd check out their apparel. I picked up a few tie dye sweatshirts for myself and my kids. “We live in Canada and had ordered my 12th grade daughter’s prom dress at Celeste Boutique when we were down in Seattle in December, with the intent to come and pick it up on one of our regular trips down in the spring. Needless to say, by the time spring rolled around, a trip down to pick it up was not possible. I contacted Vilma and ask her about having it shipped up to us. She arranged that right away, no questions asked, and in less than a week and for way less than I thought it would cost for shipping, my daughter’s perfect prom dress arrived at our door on Vancouver Island. I wasn’t honestly sure what to expect when I reached out about this with everything going on in the world, and we were incredibly impressed with the customer service both when we were at the store in December, and especially in getting the dress to us now. I could not recommend Celeste Boutique more highly!”

“I've gone to this store to many times to count and most of the employees have done well and tried to help. The problem is that they have limited sizes of most products and I'm left having to go elsewhere. It's not really the store/employees fault, as it is the corporate/warehouse that is so poorly set up and outdated way of operating. Like the company has just barely tried getting into online sales, yet the stores cant order specific items for customers. All in all this location is a decent one to try your luck.”
