(August 23, 2022, 3:33 pm)The place was fine, I like the neighborhood and Portillos is in walking distance. Enough parking space around the hotel. For those who haven't stayed in a Homewood like me, it's more like renting an apartment. Breakfast was fine, attentive service, they kept everything clean and plenty for all the guests. Front desk was helpful and friendly as well. The pool was fun a little cold but later in the day it warmed up. The room was fine, small kitchen and living room with a decent bathroom, everything seems clean. Beds were ok.
Try asking for the 3rd floor or ask if there is no one above you, I must say it wasn't fun listening to people walking while trying to sleep.
The place is not new by any means, but it is in good condition and has enough staff members to keep the place up and running.
Next summer I will probably stay here again.
(July 25, 2022, 8:50 am)Very nice little hotel. Great pool area with grills available and even a mini basketball court/hoop. Room was nice as well. Great location, close enough to Chicago to hit the attractions downtown
