Recent additions of bathroom and improvements to parking are much appreciated. Right off the Legacy Trail. Lovely park like grounds. We walked around outside the community garden. It was spectacular. I want to return when there are tours of the garden. So happy to see a little free library at this site.

Nice place to access the Legacy Bike Trail

I found this park while searching for a quiet, non congested area to lay under a shade tree and read. While I arrived with my own reading material, I was greeted with a free mini library. I'm unsure of whom I owe the gratitude, so Thank You. Thank you to the community. I took a nap under a tree, in lay on my mat and I stretched. I sat still and listened to the leaves fall. I watched pets and beloved owners come and go. I watched neighbors work passionately in the community garden. It was peaceful and I felt remarkably safe. Glad I stubbled upon this park.

Beautiful peaceful place to take a rest. This is toward the north end of the Legacy Trail which is being extended to Sarasota.

The booths are open. Elmo saves lives on a Friday night.

I would love to meet the wonderful woman that owns the place.

Set up next to the garden in the shade of the clump of palms. Operated my portable ham radio station and had a wonderful afternoon!

Pros, clean shop and good staff and theaters a quarter.

Cons, theatre is one person only.

Extremely knowledgable staff. A little grungy but you will find whatever you're looking for and if they don't have it the staff will happily tell you where and how to get what you need.
