(July 19, 2022, 9:50 am)Was on the team that created the beyond accessible play "so all kids can play" kids with wheelchairs can even enjoy this playground... Every Thurs "Farmer's Market" is at 4 to 7 during the Summer. Love this place it's far spread to use for parties... boat launches... 9/11 memorial is on the far side... CJ's corner store with basic items
(July 14, 2022, 1:02 am)I really love this park but people need to clean up after themselves. I also feel as though if you reserve a shelter and pay the money they should at least ensure that it is clean and has an empty garbage to use during your party time.
(July 4, 2022, 1:12 am)We've celebrated many special occasions at this park. It is very clean and well kept. There are always alot of people occupying the playground area with a bunch of kids for the youngins to interact with. Plus, there is a nice path to take a stroll around the parameter to enjoy the view of the water. I would recommend this park for anybody looking to celebrate an occasion, nap on a blanket under a shady tree, have a picnic or just let the little ones wear off some energy. Have fun and enjoy!

This picture was taken early Spring time at the park. The color of the blue sky with the pink flowers really enhances the anticipation of warmer weather to come.
(April 30, 2022, 2:21 pm)We are visiting and love this park! We've stopped here every day with our baby. There's always other families here (the weather has been unusually nice). The bathrooms are clean and the trash is never overflowing.
