In my opinion, this is the best shop in town!! The mechanics have always been kind and honest.
My parents took their car to a shop in old town Silverdale and were told they needed a big repair and had numerous smaller issues. They saved money and took the car up to Bremerton Auto, as they have had great service there in the past.
The small issues were fixed, and they were told their vehicle was ready. Prepared to pay a large repair bill, they were surprised to hear that there was NOTHING wrong with the part they were told they needed to replace.
My parents are in their 70's and could have been taken advantage of like the other shop had attempted. I am so truly thankful for the amazing employees! If you should ever read this, thank you for your integrity and thank you for being so incredibly kind to my family. You are beyond appreciated!!

They are HONEST, fast and give accurate repair times. The local dealerships struggle with this. Harlow doesn't! They are great and amazing and were so helpful and kind to my wife when she dropped off our family van with our 3 kids for a quick repair.
