Elmer Bainter and the team did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. We were scheduled for a 3 day install and due to the amount of water damage, it took an extra day to finish up. The team was professional and Elmer was able to answer my questions about the process and results and worked with me to ensure a happy outcome. While I hope I never have to get a new roof again, if I do, I'd happily call Cloise & Mike again.

Elmer's crew did an outstanding job of replacing my roof and various related items. They were very hard-working, did great work and the clean-up was perfect. Highly recommended.

Word of mouth got me here. There have been a couple houses on my block with happy customers who told me they were happy with roof replacements done by Cloise and Mike as well as one of my employees who's opinion I really value. I did however have three companies bid the job. C&M came in the lower part of the middle. Not far off the lowest and a little over $10k less than the higher bid. They added in a Solar Tube which evened it out. We scheduled a time and as with everyone it was a ways out these days. As the time got closer I received a notice that they would be a little behind schedule. Totally understandable as there was a run of winter snow and bad weather. Let's not forget Covid slowing every part of the supply chain. The big thing is they made the effort to communicate proactively. When the time came a week later than the original estimated date. We were told what to expect, what they needed from us to get the job done and who would be the contact in charge of the job.
Elmer came out with his crew. He again told me everything to expect. By this time a couple of guys were on the roof putting up retrofit anchors and harnessed up. The material was placed, tear off began and by the middle of the next day I saw a crew of guys scouring the yard to look for debris. Considering how much stuff got taken off our yard was clean. Elmer and I went over the job and shook hands. He was a great lead to work with and seemed honestly grateful to do the job. I used to do construction myself and hate roofing. If a crew can smile at the end of the day they are the ones I want working on my place.

Elmer and his crew was outstanding and on time. They did a wonderful job and a great cleanup the entire process was great.
