Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very reasonably priced and do not oversell products. We have been nothing but satisfied and grateful with the service we have received. Highly recommended!

From the first phone call to the last kiss I gave my dog, they were wonderful. Everyone was kind and respectful during my difficult time. I was never rushed and was given all the time I needed to say goodbye. When it was over, I was given a plaster paw print. A few days later I received a handwritten condolence card from Dr Walker, which meant a lot to me.
It was hard to write this review because I still feel sad thinking of Toby, and typing through tears isn't fun, but I wanted everyone to know this is a good place with good people that genuinely care.

This was the only pet emergency hospital I could get into in a timely manner. Staff was incredibly patient and kind with my sensitive velcro dog. There was sufficient parking, as well as we were seen quickly. The diagnosis was clearly explained to me as well as options were offered for treatment. I would absolutely use this pet hospital again.

I love this place so much. They have been nothing but sweet and kind with me and my dog, which really means a lot during the pandemic when it’s been so hard to get medical treatment For our animals. They are thorough and clear, and explain everything without being pretentious, are very personable, and thoughtful about caring for my dog. I’ve never gotten better veterinary treatment anywhere! Love them

Mar 2012. 4 years after my last review. My old labs have passed and I now have Poppy, my rottie. They are still amazing. If they can't help you there is a reason.
