  I highly recommend Economy Hearth and Home. After dealing with Sunrise Gas and Chimney out of Port Orchard we had a terrible experience and they never returned our calls or explained what was wrong with our fireplace. Today after EH&H came to our house, our fireplace was working in 30 minutes and the serviceman was polite and answered all our questions professionally. 10/10 Recommend ! And paid less then what we were quoted over the phone:)

  Sean, a technician with Economy, came over yesterday to address a problem with my heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him anytime.

  Outstanding customer service. The entire experience was stellar, from the initial quote, to the installation, to the service after the sale. Jeff, Larry, Kyle, the office crew, all top notch. I just can't imagine going anywhere else. It's so obvious that great customer service is a priority with them. And, we just love our new propane insert. Looks great, puts out a load of heat, and is so easy to use. What's not to love about this place!

  Couldn't be happier about our new fireplace (sitting in front of it as I write this). The crew was friendly, professional and very efficient. They explained everything about our new fireplace and all its amazing technology (no pilot light, battery backup starter, fan to spread the heat, etc.). I'd recommend Economy Hearth and Home very highly.

  I waited a few months after installation of a new fireplace before I reviewed. It has been 5 months and it is PERFECT. The installation was completed on schedule and on budget, and looks incredible in our living room. This is the second fireplace in our home from Economy and it works and looks perfectly. I would (and have) recommended them for many years.
