Probate Attorneys of Washington

What qualities would you hope to find in a probate attorney? For me, they are: professional expertise, good communication, efficiency, and reasonable fees. My experience with Eric Landeen of Probate Attorneys would lead me to give him an "A" on all four.

Mr. Lundeen has been responsive and very diligent in answering questions, launching the probate process, explaining the steps I needed to take as executor, and generally staying on top of things, if not actually ahead of the curve. Mr. Lundeen knows his business and is attentive to his clients. He is unfailingly polite and upbeat and is a good listener. All this service at a fair price!

I recently worked with Eric at Probate Attorneys of WA on a will and associated trust.

I had contacted 3 separate folks in the area and one took 2weeks to get back, another wanted to charge me $100 to have a 15min 'assessment of needs' (ugh, right?), so i chose Eric (who got back right away with a free phone call), and very happy i did so.

Eric is professionally nimble and can cover a variety of needs around probate, wills, trusts, directives, etc - so i will look forward to working with him again.

I'd say Eric is kinda like an old time 'country lawyer' - very personable, communicative, flexible and on top of the details. He is super responsive and easy to work with it. Eric even came out to my town across the bay to execute the documents - talk about service! Downright refreshing.
