(September 15, 2022, 2:23 pm)We would definitely have Flying Wrench work on our motor home again and hears why.
We were traveling in our motorhome near Kingston, WA when the coolant temperature spiked and check engine lights came on. Flying Wrench was a close Allison Transmission authorized dealers near by with good reviews. There was an after hours phone number which was picked up before the second ring by owner Bernie. He said he could look at it the next morning and we would be able to overnight in front of the shop. The next morning he quickly diagnosed the problem, a hole in a coolant line which dumped the better part of 5 gallons of coolant in the basement of the RV, ordered the parts and work began shortly thereafter. Work was completed quickly, professionally, with thorough explanations of what they were doing and answered all our question.
It was the first time in two years that maintenance or repairs had been completed without something not being diagnosed incompletely, damage done or being charged for a part or work not done. Additionally, the price was fair!!!
Thank you Bernie and crew we appreciate the honesty, customer service and integrity.

(August 18, 2022, 4:08 pm)They worked directly with my warranty to ensure my turbo replacement was covered and after warranty approved it, they had it done in one day. I'm sure they had to do some finessing with the warranty company to get it approved. They communicated status regularly and my truck runs great now.

(July 5, 2022, 5:00 pm)I had heard a lot of good reviews about Flying Wrench over the years so when I needed my clutch replaced on my Ram 2500, it was a no brainer as to where I was going to get the work done. They got the parts ordered right away and had my truck in the shop the following week. It only took 2 days for the clutch to be replaced and they even replaced the rear main seal because it was leaking a bit. I asked if the tech could do a visual inspection of my truck because I was going to be pulling a large heavy trailer to Texas and they gladly obliged my request. If I weren’t moving to Texas, Flying Wrench would definitely be my go to mechanic.
(May 29, 2022, 9:56 pm)I had a great experience with this company. They performed the 97,000 maintenance requirement on my 2018 Chevy Colorado.
The price they quoted to me before my service is the price I paid. They didn’t up-charge me or do anything dishonest to charge me more. The cost was very reasonable.
I recommend this place and will be retuning again for future maintenance as needed.
(May 26, 2022, 2:50 pm)We have been doing business with Flying Wrench for several years. They have been servicing our diesel pusher motorhome and we have had excellent service. Recently we had to replace the engine and coach batteries and their excellent service didn't disappoint! I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Thank you Flying Wrench for being there to give us excellent service and a place we can trust with our "toy!"
