I stopped by to inquire & look at some chairs for my little one birthday party. Of course, the weekend I need them, they are all rented out (that due to my own procrastination). Melissa went out of her way to call a rental place & find out if they had chairs available before we headed out that way if for no reason. She didn't have do any of that. Next time I need party rental supplies, I'm definitely going to Melissa for the customer service!
I have used Perfect Party's for many events. They are always professional and punctual. The only time they were running late, they called to let me know and status update me with an updated time of arrival. I would definitely recommend them to everybody and I do!
