“First off, I need to address the negative reviews. The director (Jeannie) has pretty high standards for caregivers. Those high standards coupled with the fact that caring for seniors with extreme mobility challenges is very difficult- means you're going to have pretty high turnover. Jeannie is a tough cookie, and I think if you work for her and step out of line she'll show you the door real quick. I get a feeling that several of the negative reviews are from former caregivers that didn't meet Jeannie's standards. Now, as far as the facilities- they're nice, safe, and the residents seem happy. I always drop by unannounced and I've never seen anything but good care. Willow Creek is a great place for anyone who needs extra care.”
