I brought my son's car into the service department for a check engine light. They were able to fit me in on short notice, which is hard to find right now. I'm so appreciative though because my son has a long commute to work and can't be without a car for long. The service team made sure to work within our schedule as much as possible, while still fitting us in quickly. The team discussed all our prices and options with us. The car feels so much better to drive after the work was done. Thanks for all your hard work!

Excellent and efficient service. Was able to schedule an alignment easily and quickly, and Liberty Bay did a great job for a very reasonable price. I also asked if they would do a visual
check on the integrity of a rust repair done by another shop several years ago to the body frame. They made the visual assessment and gave it a thumbs up. They also offered an assessment of my vehicle’s ball joints (needing repair work in the next year) and a couple other minor items that will require attention down the road. This is the first time I have used Liberty Bay Auto Center, and I will be returning to them for additional service work on my cars.

First, this is a beautiful setting to buy a car in, right downtown on the water. The surroundings are not like a typical dealerships inside or out. And, as you could have guessed, neither is the service. My whole family has purchased multiple cars at Liberty Bay and received services beyond that at the shop, always coming away with a spectacular experience!

Great service. People behind the counter in service always are friendly and help me with all my car needs. They always do the good work on my vehicle. The sales personal are so friendly and nice to talk with while you wait for your vehicle to get out of service. Defiantly recommend bringing your vehicle in if it is in need of any service as they are usually timely about getting it done and fairly priced.
