I’ve found success with my health journey through the foods and coaching available at Ideal Wellness. It’s a commitment to a healthier lifestyle that I am ready to make. My coach, Jessica, is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

I found Ideal Wellness when I was stepping into a new chapter in my life, the program really helped guide me to the healthy habits I have today to sustain my energy and overall wellness. It also gave me the the chance to give back and provide that same experience as a coach!

Great place to find healthy but non limiting foods for your diet! Also the owner is a really cool person!

I started going to Ideal Wellness for the lipomelt sessions. After meeting Coach Jessica I quickly realized I wanted to incorporate the food plan to optimize my weight loss. I think she is a wonderful caring coach and so happy to have her support me to my goals! The office is beautiful and the food is good and office hours and location is very convenient.

Simply amazing. They create a lifestyle with life long training on not only eating but your body. I have lost 65 pounds in 4 months. Jessica is a wonderful coach, always supportive and great ideas to help. I strongly recommend them; truly life changing!
