Working with Ken Howlett and his fabulous team at Coyote Hollow was probably the best remodeling experience I have ever had, in the 40 years I have owned houses. It is not possible to overstate how good these guys are.
Mine was a smaller job, a second story deck with a sliding door. My previous contractor for this job never bothered to show up, after waiting 6 months. I gave up on this project because in 2020-2021, construction costs skyrocketed as well as materials. No one wanted to do a small job like mine. Well I just took a chance, and called Ken. I couldn't believe how fair his pricing was, and he was able to start my job almost immediately, due to a break in his schedule. They showed up on time every day. He answered my calls immediately, every single time. The were so clean, inside and out. And when a problem rose up, as they do with every job, do you know what they did? They actually just went ahead and solved it without having to come to me and complain and ask for more money or whatever. They treated my job like it was the most important thing they had ever done. I am just blown away. And grateful. Thank you Ken and team. I have attached some pictures, even though this is before paint, etc.

Just completed our third home remodel project with Coyote Hollow Construction. We added over 600 SQ FT to our home which involved changing the footprint of the house, roofing, and adding a studio-office and new foyer; both with feature windows to enjoy Olympic Mountain and Puget Sound views. We are really happy and pleased with the home remodel and addition and without hesitation highly recommend consulting with Ken and his talented team for your next remodel or new home construction project.

Coyote Hollow Construction built a 600 square foot addition to our home including foundation, framing, roofing, trim work, shelving and painting. They managed sub-contracting for excavation, drywall, plumbing , electrical and HVAC. They also built a fence, upgraded our fireplace to a gas insert, installed windows and remodeled a bathroom. Ken and his crew were very accommodating as we refined our choices along the way. The crew was easy to work with and we are pleased with the outcome. They are continuing to work on additional projects for us.

Coyote Hollow Construction (Ken) was fabulous and not like many other contractors.
1st - he was easy to contact.
2nd - he completed the job on time and kept it clean.
3rd - and most important- his craftsmanship was tremendous and creative.
4th - Ken seems like he likes what he does and is very good at it.
5th - Any additional work that we have done in the future Ken will be our 1st call on the short list of estimates.

    Thanks - Coyote Holly Construction

We were in the middle of replacing our deck boards and railings and decided to add a hot tub. Finding a contractor willing to do a partial deck rebuild with engineer's plan was challenging, especially in late June, but Ken Howlett of Coyote Hollow was willing to take it on. He came up with a novel design incorporating a storage building as the hot tub support, and the city approved it without any problems. We encountered a few delays because of weather, but Ken and his crew did an excellent job.
