Jasmine was very professional, informative, and friendly when showing the storage unit and explaining the details. Things like what to do if you get stuck in the compound after hours, personal entry codes, parking, and ensuring the door latch is fully inserted before locking your storage unit. Very impressive. I highly recommend Pacific Storage, especially those stationed at Bangor or Keyport. Wonderful place and staff.
(October 18, 2020, 9:08 pm)I went there in need of a 20' truck today, 18Oct20, they didn't have one. That being said the fetch woman behind the desk was a true MVP. She went above and beyond to find me a 20' and all while maintaining a genuine and amazing attitude, made the whole experience fun and humorous. I definitely recommend this location for your U-Haul needs and exceptional customer service.
