I have got to give MAJOR props to Mike Palmer for his AMAZING customer service, and attention to detail, while working in an "emergency" cerakote on my Glock 21 slide. From the first call I made to him to the next day pick up, EVERYTHING was a smooth transaction! He went out of his way to take care of me when he really had no obligation to do so. I have been to Palmer a couple of times now and the staff has always been extraordinarily helpful and professional. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions regarding the rifle I was having them build for me and they took the time to answer all of my questions as well as make recommendations to increase quality while saving money. I doubt I will ever shop anywhere else ever again. Love these guys!!!

Awesome company! They stand by their work and take care of their customers 110%. Mike and his crew have always been there to answer all my questions and do fantastic work on their custom builds. I went to him with a budget and a couple idea's on an AR build and what he made was phenomenal. I refer everyone I know to him for any gun smithing, new purchases or even FFL transfers.
