I would give this place ten stars if I could! It took me a very long time to find a dental practice I felt safe with. I have extreme dental phobia and the staff here made me feel better from the very first visit. They are all so kind from check-in to check-out and Lynn is an absolute angel. No, seriously! I can not tell you how panic stricken I am at the dentist and she makes me feel more confident with each visit! She is truly special!!! If you have any reservations whatsoever about going to the dentist, this is THE place for you. And if you are a pro, it is still the place for you as the visit is as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be! Thank you to all the staff here for making such efforts with your patients! You may never know just how much you truly help a person like me!!!! See you all soon!

The people in this office are incredible. How can one office have so many happy people? Not sure I can answer that question, but they’ve found a way: from the front desk to the billing folks, assistants, hygienists and dentist.

And the quality of all the work they provide is 2nd to nobody.

UPDATE: It's a year later, and everything I said before stands and more. Covid protocols are comforting. The staff is still amazing. Since my last post, my 11-year-old had to go in for a filling. She was anxious to the point of tears. As soon as Dayna saw that, her primary concern was to make sure my daughter was comforted. She is as skilled at that as she is at being a dental assistant. I saw Monica today and she was equally fabulous. This kind of care doesn't happen by accident. They are intentionally excellent!

PREVIOUS REVIEW: Let me start by saying that I HATE going to the dentist. That being said, nearly everyone I encounter at Silverdale Dental Center makes my experience the best it could possibly be. The Children’s dental team are AMAZING!!! My hygienist, Jenni, couldn’t possibly be better. Dr. Niemeyer is amazing with this anxious patient. Today I also had the assistant Dayna for the first time. She was fantastic. I found her authenticity and sense of humor to be very calming.

Once again Dr. Phillips and staff hit the ball out of the park. Very friendly and competent to the extreme, these folks make a trip to the dentist everything it should be. No pain, no fear thank you all.
