We had a problem with our gas hot water heater and Herdman Plumbing responded right away. The professional approach & attention to detail by Herdman Reps Jim an Brett was outstanding. Jim and Brett made sure that the carbon monoxide problem went away by installing a new furnace even though it was Saturday and it took working into the evening. They made us feel as though our need to have a safe, sound and trouble free heating system was as much their concern as it was ours. We had a water leak and this company was able to come out within 24 hours. Brett did an awesome job locating and stopping the water leaking from our master bathroom. He was easy to work with and talk to. Very happy with the results. Thanks guys!

I worked with Jim, Chris and Dale today and the work was fast and accurate. They were all very pleasant to have over. I was able to get a new tankless water heater plumbed and installed + numerous plumbing issues looked at and repaired throughout the day. All done in a single day! I'd be happy to to them again for future projects.

Chris called early and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could show up before our appointment. He did his best to use what I had under my sink and charge me less. He was professional, upfront and kind - and good at what he does. In the end, my pipe structure under my kitchen sink did need a total replacement as I thought and he took care of it fast. He made sure he gave me the best price which included a membership with some discounts and other benefits. Good job Chris!
