(January 11, 2022, 10:51 pm)This is a good gym to be introduced to. I am a senior woman whose adult daughter introduced me to this gym. I have begun training with a personal trainer. When I entered the gym I was greeted warmly by those who were working out even though I am older and walk with a walker. The personnel treated me with dignity and respect. All of this is quite encouraging. I will be returning weekly to slowly increase my strength and mobility.
