Christine Kastanopolous has an impeccable background. Her academic preparation and professional experience are outstanding! She is warmly engaging with a terrific sense of humor. She laughs easily with her students and puts them at ease. Chris is a Great Teacher!
We started taking our boy to Chris for lessons when he was about 4.5 years old. Chris has been able to make it a very positive experience for him. Once he started getting the hang of it, he got so excited to go to the next lesson. He would practice and practice, just so he could go show Chris how good he got!
She has lots of experience with kids, and it shows!
I’ve been taking lessons with Chris for almost 5 months and I absolutely love it! I’ve heard horror stories of what piano teachers are like and Chris is absolutely incredible. She figures out your learning style and adapts her teaching to you specifically. Her studio is beautiful and she is an absolute delight. I believe it’s because of her teaching style that I’m playing actual music, learning to appreciate and feel the music when I play it, and have really just started my love of the piano.
