(October 23, 2022, 7:01 pm)We’ve known Sandee McColm since 2019. At that time, we were looking for a property where we can store our RV. We looked at more than five (5) locations until we ended up finding a nice quiet rambler house located in Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club near Hood Canal, Washington.
Sandee was always available to check out listings and provide us details. She made us feel we were “Partners” finding the
right place that met our needs.
Fast forward to 2022. We had to sell our house in Fife, Washington. We knew right away Sandee McColm can do the job. We contacted Sandee and she accepted. Fife, WA is a bit far from Allyn, WA, but that did not present an issue to Sandee.
Sandee worked right away on property valuation,
comparables, got the house listed, scheduled photographer/videographer, got house posted in the
internet in a matter of two (2) weeks. The end result was amazing. The Photo Tour and Video Walkthrough were excellent and very professional. It captured a lot of viewings. We received a lot of complements from family and friends when we shared the links. We were so glad our house sold on the first weekend.
Sandee is a well-experienced Realtor. Sandee is very good at what she does. She looks into all the details, discusses issues whether you are a Buyer or a Seller, and spares no effort make sure that the house sells fast. We are so grateful to Sandee for her expertise and hard work. We definitely would recommend
her to anybody who is in need of a real estate agent.

(July 30, 2022, 7:33 am)Sandee went above and beyond her duties as a real estate professional in assisting us with selling our home. My husband and I really appreciated all her help. We live in a different state where our house was selling, and it made all the difference to have her there to let contractors in to work on our home. From the cleaning crew to the house painters, and the lawn guy that had to mow our lawn every 15 days, Sandee was there so that they could do what was needed to enable us to sell our home. She helped out with several important details that made a big difference to us. Our house was ready to sell within a week and half after our renter moved out, and it sold within 2 days above asking price. I can't speak highly enough of her; she is truly a blessing in the real estate profession.
(July 9, 2022, 1:03 pm)Twenty years ago, Sandee represented my brother and sister-in-law as first-time home buyers of their current house. When it was time for us to put our mom's house on the market, my brother thought about Sandee but wasn't sure if she's still in the real estate business. Luckily, my brother kept her number and was glad to know that Sandee is still working.
Her 20+ years of market expertise and extensive knowledge in the field made the process smooth and easy to understand, especially because I was working with her from out of state. Sandee's quick response to our questions made us feel at ease. She's such a pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond to help us after closing when we needed some last minute help. We will definitely use her services again in the future and we highly recommend her.
