Great place had some trouble on a trip and they were awesome!!!

The young man behind the counter came out and replaced my windshield wiper blades in the torrential rain. The rubber had shredded midway between Shelton and Belfair on 6 week old wiper blades.

I've shopped at this store a few times over the last year or so, and tend to encounter the same couple of guys behind the counter each time I do. Without fail, they are friendly, personable, and very willing to go the extra mile to help answer questions or find the part(s) I need, even when I am not sure what I need.

One time, I stopped by just before closing, and once I got my part, I headed out to my Jeep to get it installed (nothing big--I think it was a turn signal housing). When one of the workers (maybe the manager? He has glasses) drove past as he headed home for the evening, he saw me working on my rig and stopped to ask if I needed any help. I reassured him I was just swapping in the part to prevent getting pulled over on the way home and that I'd be done in just a minute, but it was very thoughtful of him to offer when most people would have just kept driving.

Super friendly service and very efficient. We needed new windshield wipers and they had us in and out in less than 5 minutes. And they helpfully removed our old ones and installed the new set. So grateful to the friendly, helpful staff members.
