I had such an amazing and positive experience with Coach Michon. Her program and teaching techniques are unique, challenging, and useful through multiple life events and experiences, making them useful throughout your whole life. She is funny, kind, understanding, encouraging and empowering. Now that my therapy time with her is coming to an end, I am so incredibly thankful for the work we have done together, everything I have learned, and how much I have grown and improved. She and her program is a blessing, I am planning on coming back in the future whenever is needed to work with her again.

Michon has changed my life in so many ways through hypnosis. I went through her for hypnosis for weight loss, but it went so much deeper. I learned so much about myself and what I can accomplish. I feel like I can do anything I put my mind and heart to and made a true friend in the process.

I received 5 hypnosis sessions over a 5 week period. They were so beneficial in processing some long standing problems I was struggling with throughout my whole life that would resurfice.

Hypnosis has really made a difference in my ability to move forward in my life, both on a relational level and following my chosen career path.
