Jiffy Lube

I had an a1c system leak which I repaired and still needed a complete recharge of the system. I pulled into jiffy lube and they immediately got my vehicle in the bay. They evacuated the system and refilled it. The a.c. now works great.

Came in for an AC recharge to determine if I perhaps had a bigger issue. Both times I've been to this location, I was seen immediately and work was started right away. For my last visit, the technician went beyond and determined that my AC compressor was out. They helped me find a shop who would be able to fix the issue and worked with me for recharging my system after work was complete. The staff are knowledgeable and are more than willing to go the extra mile. Would absolutely recommend this location for your basic vehicle service needs.

Tyler at Jiffy Lube Bonney Lake, WA. Very informative and friendly. Misquoted me on the price of my new car battery, so he made it right. Needed new license plate bulbs and he gave me a deal of BOGO free. His coworker, doing the oil change, also showed me what the battery test results were and explained them to me. I'll definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube instead of Walmart.

I just pulled out of this location after getting my oil changed and the service was awesome! I rolled in at 6:47pm and despite them closing at 7pm, they still were gracious enough to take care of my truck. Many thanks to Jill and the young man who helped me out. They both provided great service and I will certainly be back next time.

I was treated professionally and friendly. I appreciate the speed of my oil and air filter change. He also topped off all my tires and a few other fluids. I will definitely go back!
