“I will say Pilates is like yoga on steroids and personalized physical therapy. Pilates is not just a work out it is a work out that physically betters YOU to your core. I am a massage therapist, with that comes abuse to my body and posture. Jyl is working with me to correct my postural deficits while strengthening my core. If I went to a PT they would say go do this ten times and come back to me when you're finished. When I go to Jyl she watches exactly what I do. She makes sure I am doing the exercise correctly and fixes what I may be doing wrong as to get the best outcome. Jyl is amazing at what she does and I am so happy to have found someone who loves what they do. It is obvious Jyl not only enjoys what she does but takes great pride in getting the best results, whether it means starting you out simple, slow, and steady or jumping right in and maximizing her hour with you. “I got a betta 2 weeks ago. Haven’t had a fish since childhood, yes in a bowl too, yikes. This is my re-do. I researched, got my tank cycled, 5.5G, some plants (hope they will grow out more), hardscape, filter and heater with light. He seems happy so far. Follows my finger around, eats well, active swimmer and enjoys adding bubbles to his nest. Nikki was helpful and friendly. I’m hoping to start another tank in the future and will revisit here as the store is clean, organized, and well stocked. The pictures left to right are him at the store (first pic with glass heater) then in his forever home.”

“I purchased a bed and mattress from GABE a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. One, I felt at ease and comfortable with him, which for me, is a big deal. Two. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling and was able to steer me in the right direction. I am recovering from a broken back so I have been in a lot of pain. He had me lay on different mattresses and found one that when I laid on it, I did not hurt. That was a surprise. It has been a couple of weeks sleeping on it now and I still do not hurt like I was with my old bed and the hotel beds I was sleeping in as I moved back here from Mississippi. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Mattress Depot and if you get Gabe as your salesman, you will be blessed.”
