Back in the end of February my husband and i purchased our fifth wheel from Sunset RV. We meet some of the employees when we did our walk through and had some minor repair work done. We met Benny and Danny, who were awesome. Nate, the service manager, was ok but he never returned calls and when i would talk to him he would say he would send Danny out to work on something, but never would.
So when my husband and I had a blow out on our fifth wheel we brought it here to Sunset to be repaired.
Now that they have two new Managers, Carl, the GM and Corey, the service manager, this service department was great. All of the employees followed through on what they said, they were NEVER rude to us and they were extremely helpful. I wish all companies had such a wonderful set of employees to work with.
