“First time going to a U-Cut as an adult and this place was excellent! The owners were incredibly personable and helpful, there’s Christmas music playing, the purchasing process is clearly explained and pricing is simple and transparent. The most expensive trees were $140 and most trees we liked were $65-$105. We got a roughly 6.5’ Douglas Fir for $85. Far cheaper and way more fun than going to an Xmas tree lot! They also have pre-cut trees —beautiful ones btw — that you can pick from if cutting one down isn’t for you, and you know that they were freshly cut as opposed to sitting on a lot for who knows how long. “Thank you for the wonderful crew (RODARTE) who instilled the drainage system and paved 132nd Ave E, Edgewood. We are a small dead end road with four families living on it and we are so appreciative of this awesome company. Everyday since Nov 1 they were on the job, every crew member worked at least an 8 hour day through all our trestrial rain, no one stood around watching another person working. They were polite, welcoming, very hard working and a pleasure to have doing this job. I commend you for selection this awesome company with such a hardworking, pleasant crew, this was their last day and everything was nicely finished and cleaned up better that they found it.I would recommend them for any job Edgewood has that they could do. 5 stars to these incredible people. Please let them know we are so blessed to have them doing the work on our road.”

“This is a business with a lot of integrity—highly recommend! Water began pouring into our home while my husband was in the ICU. (He is usually the maintenance man for our home, and I am less knowledgeable about home repairs, and not comfortable getting on the roof.) As a not handy woman, I felt very vulnerable hiring a contractor without knowing what the root cause was. I was also uncomfortable going off of a quote for time and materials without a guarantee, since the estimator wasn’t 100% certain what was causing the problem. (He quoted me time and materials for a partial roof replacement.) The repairman arrived promptly on the agreed day and time, and quickly determined that the cause of the leak wasn’t the roof at all, but actually the unfortunate combo of a failing gutter and shoddy siding patch from years ago that hadn’t been properly caulked. He quickly made the repair and billed me a very reasonable amount. This company could have really taken advantage of me in my moment of vulnerability by charging for work not needed, but they didn’t. They’ve earned a customer for life.”

“Our home was built in 1998 so it was time to get a re-roof done. We had contacted 10 contractors to bid on our project and the proposals were vastly different which was surprising. Building material was the main difference in pricing and we did not see a need to get the most expensive up to date method of venting our home as we haven't had an issue with it for all these years anyways. So we looked at 3 bids from the companies we really enjoyed who had professional sales teams and were not overpriced for what we were looking for. Chase came out on top. They were not the cheapest but they provided what we wanted at a price we were willing to spend. The crew showed up for three days due to on and off rain during the week. Wed-Fri and completed everything and were very polite and professional. They cleaned up everything thoroughly the last day and I am very happy with the end product. Our home is a darker gray with white trim/border and we picked the dual black IKO Cambridge shingles and it looks amazing. Thank you for re-roofing our home.”

“I recently started to see Dr. Ron Conti for a few health issues; a torn rotator cuff, hip, and neck problem. Since I started seeing him 5 weeks ago I have had more forward progress on my health issues than I have had in several months trying other avenues of treatment. He listens carefully to your health concerns, is extremely friendly, always on time, and very professional. I am also having treatments from Melissa the massage therapist and John the acupuncturist and I am finely seeing "light at then end of the tunnel." It is wonderful to be in less pain. I highly recommend Dr. Conti if you are struggling with back, neck, hip etc. problems.”

“Probably not a hidden gem for folks in Edgewood but my favorite nursery south of Seattle so far! The plants here are all healthy and beautiful even in late October. And I've been running around looking for gardening pots that were decent size and affordable - this place has the best selection and prices. Mike was knowledgeable and beyond helpful in talking to us and helping us learn about which plants would best fit our backyard space and needs. Definitely going to be our go-to come spring time for next year's planting season.”
