I want to take a moment to honor Officer/ Deputy Wolfe who patrols my neighborhood in Elgin Clifton Properties in Gig Harbor Washington on the KP with a harassing neighbor, John Jacob Hinkel, who I have anti harassment order against. Officer Wolfe's insight into this matter was extremely helpful after multiple 911 calls concerning JJH unlawful harassment. This Wren family appreciate the work you all are doing for us.
