My therapist understood me listened to how I was feeling and I have gained a lot of insight. The office staff was always quick to communicate with me whether it was to answer billing questions or making schedule changes. I had called other therapy offices and noone even returned my call Mindscape returned my call quickly and took my insurance.

I was apprehensive about reaching out for help. I wasn't sure if therapy was for me, but I am so glad that I did. I feel like a weight has been lifted. He listened to my problems and was quick to understand what I was going through. He allowed me to fully express how I was feeling without judgement. We put together a treatment plan, and he is there each step of the way, problem solving whenever I got stuck again. I would highly recommend him to anyone I care about.
