Discovery Village

This is a great place to come play indoors, especially when it's rainy. It gets a little busy when the preschool let's out. My son goes here and the teachers are fabulous, he learned more in his first two months here than the past two years at his last preschool. We've gone to some cool birthday parties at Discovery Village but haven't done one of our own here yet.

Amazing preschool, we started with the 2 year old class which was amazing. We are in the 3s now and still loving it, we come in and play in days we don't have school and my son is never bored. Good menu and prices but it could be expanded.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff and school at Discovery Village. Two of my kids (3 and 5) are in class and both have grown tremendously, both socially and academically. They truly care for not only the kids but the families as well, going above and beyond our expectations. Every staff member has a smile on their face when I see them and they engage and ask how we are. The afternoon enrichment program has been a great way to get my five year old ready for full day kindergarten next year and even my seven year old has a blast at date night. Thank you DV, we are glad we found you!

We went in for open play and my kids (2 & 7) had a blast! They have four different play areas. A giant meadow in the middle with toys to climb on, a sensory area, soft blocks for little ones and a market with a vet clinic, train area, grocery store and pizzeria. They also have a coffee and food at decent prices. I signed my youngest up for preschool before we left. It was well worth the price!!

What a hidden gem in Gig Harbor!!! They have a variety of programs for kids ages 2-5. All the classrooms I have been in are staffed by professional, friendly teachers. It's a very welcoming and nurturing environment from drop off to pick up! I love the positive energy and feel of the whole environment. The cafe is a nice place to grab a cup of coffee while waiting or to mingle with other parents.
