Delano Bay Christian Camp

My sisters and I attended Bible Camp here and now my daughter and her friends from church AND one of her best friends from school go each year. Wonderful place to focus on your relationship with God and your brothers and sisters in Christ.

This is a good summer camp if you are of a traditional Church of Christ background. The summer camps are focused more on growing spiritually than on playing games. They tend to do a good job challenging campers and helping them grow in their faith. If you are from a different church background then things may not make sense.

Compared to other Christian camps, it is somewhat limited in physical space. It is predominately comprised of one open field which most activities take place in. The boys cabins are more dorm like and are not handicap accessible. The girls cabins are also dorm like and are better like but still require someone in a wheelchair to go up a fairly steep hill.

The waterfront cabins are cute. They are fairly original and haven’t been updated. You can rent them throughout the off season for an affordable rate.

Me and my best friends come to Delano Bay every year the I still cease to discover a day I regret coming here. It's AMAZING.! 5 star rating! ;)
