(September 11, 2021, 9:16 pm)We had a fantastic experience with NW Design! The staff were wonderful to work with. Keisha went above and beyond to make sure we got the flooring we wanted, and in an extremely quick manner! Within a week, we had chosen luxury vinyl tile from samples they let us borrow, had purchased the product, and an installer had the floors finished! It was a spectacular experience and we'll be headed back their way for our next home project!

What a delightful, professional and knowledgeable representative that took the time to understand what we wanted to create and offered amazing design and durable options. Her eye for style and coordination is unmatched, far beyond designers we encountered prior to meeting her. Nicole kept in touch with us as we proceeded and provided guidance throughout the entire process. She is truly a gem!
(February 9, 2018, 4:52 pm)My experience at NW Design was fantastic. Nicole and her staff were tremendously helpful as I chose materials to use throughout my new house. Nicole spent hours helping me make decisions and patiently explaining the differences between numerous hardwood, carpet, and tile selections. She created a palette to make sure the colors used from the flooring to the tile had continuity. My house is beautiful as the result of the products and her design assistance. I highly recommend NW Design!
