Conan helped us figure out the problem quickly and efficiently. We were able to schedule for the very next day (for a non-emergent concern) and he was on time and did excellent work. Very thorough and careful about cleaning up and taking shoes off in the house, etc... Highly recommend.

This is our third time using Conan's Drain Cleaning service. Our first time was before we purchased our house, they came out with a camera and inspected our sewer all the way to the city hookup. Then when we had a backup they came out quickly and did the job at an affordable price. But this last time was so amazing, and we are so grateful: After 9pm the night before we were having a party (in a one-bathroom house) our sewer backed up. We called and requested service, leaving the details with a live person. Within an hour we were contacted and had an appointment for the next morning. They arrived when they said they would, calling beforehand to let us know they were on the way, and cleared the blockage before the first guest arrived. They also marked our sewer line so that we could have a cleanout installed, and said that if we did the digging, they could come out and install it, or we could have someone else install it, or do it ourselves (and told is the parts we'd need and what configuration to use). And the price was very reasonable!

When I called Conan’s Drain Cleaning, he was able to come over the same day to unclog our kitchen sink. His work was very efficient and thorough, and the drain was cleaned out in no time. Conan saw the drain pipe was loose and added a strap for stability. He also left a cleaning product we could use to keep the grease buildup at bay, at no extra charge.

There was a phone call and text message as to when he would arrive, a billing invoice and payment receipt sent to my email while he was still there, and a follow up thank you for my business. Very professional service, and I’ll definitely call him again when the need arises.

I prefer to hire independent owner-operated businesses for home repair as I find them to be more personable and accessible.

Brent arrived the day I called, on time, and straight to work. After scoping the pipe I was sent a receipt ( while he was still there) with detailed description of work done and a link to the video of the journey through my pipe. He gave me recommendations of other independent contractors to contact to repair the broken line.
