I really don't write reviews often, but after the customer service I received today, I feel obligated. Theresa helped me install a few parts on my car with absolute ease, checked my car for any potential problems, checked my engine light -- all while giving me some great advice and even advocating to keep retuning to O'Reilly's -- whoever the manager here is, should be proud to have her on their team. I became a fan of O'Reilly's today, thanks again!

helpful!! Went in for some windshield wipers and fluid and was assisted immediately. Will definitely come back in the future just because the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable!!
Well i just think these people at this location are top notch! I called looking for 4 wheel brakes on a 4 wd Chevy, and it was a 1st year 4 wheel disc brake set up? So not as common as other years. They had everything I needed except one rear parking brake and the counter guy located the part at the other lakewood store just down the street! I was in and out in no time and the price was right, with a military discount was even less $ than quoted. I wish most other business that seemed to have lost control over customer service? Or even the understanding of the term? Would take a good long look at how these folks do business? Because O’reillys are spot on!
This review is for the Pacific Highway location, Lindy in particular. On Saturday, April 15, 2023, while preparing to back my trailer down to the lake to retrieve my boat, it was pointed out that my bearings were shot and that it wouldn't be safe to transport my boat back home. Multiple stores of other companies were completely unable to help. This O'Reilly's not only had the parts I needed, but staff was extremely patient while I tried size after size, in an attempt to get the right ones for my trailer, back at the lake. Though they were swamped with instore customers and constantly ringing phones, they all did their best to serve their customers with a friendly attitude. And best of all was Lindy. I can't say enough positive about this woman. She was knowledgeable, friendly and went way above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation as daylight was limited and my boat remained on the lake, miles away. As service everywhere seems to be dwindling and excuses about supply chain issues abound, Lindy deserves to be recognized for the quality representative she is for O'Reilly's. Keep her as an employee at all costs! I greatly appreciate all she was able to do to help that day. And no, I never met her before then and have had no contact since. Thanks again!
