(August 4, 2022, 10:32 pm)They guys here were great. Purchased a new Tika and Leopold scope. Had to special order my gun, however I had it in 3 days and the scope mounted in 4. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The guys behind the counter were friendly, and they didn't appear frustrated with all my ( many) questions. The store does get busy, however I feel like I was treated very well and my gun is amazing. I plan on buying my next gun from here.
(April 29, 2022, 6:01 pm)Recently purchased a Glock 43X from them and was satisfied with the customer service. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable and comfortable atmosphere. I’ve come in on multiple occasions to purchase ammunition for the range (on the other side of the building) and have noticed all of the staff helping customers and giving them advice on firearms and their potential purchases. I will be continuing to shop with them as long as I’m stationed in Washington. 100% recommended.
(September 4, 2021, 8:22 pm)Quite frankly I love every inch of WGS guns without a doubt my favorite firearm shop in Washington. The staff has always been nice calm cool and collected when assisting me and my wife even at times when it is a large amount of customers in as a consumer we should be able to understand that when it comes to firearms thousands of questions are going to be asking is extremely hard to get everyone in a safe matter dealing with these firearms but they always seem to make their best effort and is very appreciate it they’ve met my fire in purchasing process so much easier than other shots before I really do appreciate it especially the employers by the name of Tyler. and matt always seem to have a helping hand in a very knowledgeable and if they don’t have the answer right then and there they were sure that they will get it for you
