Amazing customer service I had tried to open an account at another bank and it was so much drama. I am so glad I decided to go to key bank instead! My account was opened instantly no issues, no hassle, and everyone was amazing! Branch was also very clean and nice. They really cared and I couldn’t be happier! Y’all are life savers!

Ive been searching for 2 weeks for someone to sell me quarters so that i can do mine and my sons laundry. All the fredmeyers and Safeways including the banks inside of them and no one will sell me quarters. Not even $4 worth! Thank goodness i just stopped here at this Key Bank in edgewood (i live in tacoma) with no problems they sold me the quarters that i needed and i am now on my way home to finally do this laundry pile! I cant wait to have some clean clothes finally. Oh and the safeway that it is in the same parking lot was very rude about not selling me any quarters along with the US Bank inside of the safeway that i stood in lime and waited for 20 minutes for them to tell me that since i did not bank with them that they could not sell me 4 dollars in quarters.

Had an exceptional customer service from Nichole Crosbie. She helped us open another account with keybank and we are very happy with her enthusiastic and positive energy. She also offer account upgrades for our business accounts. She's amazing.
