I had my car towed there when it died. On thanksgiving day.
The next day they called to tell me they don’t do transmission work so it would need to go elsewhere.

I was in south Florida visiting from Georgia - I got a loaner car and went down to get things out of my car. Everything - in case it was too far gone to repair (it has 128k miles on it)

They let me leave it there until Monday with no charge. I appreciate that so much!

Ryan was honest and considerate, he communicated with me promptly at each turn and the other people I spoke with there were equally so… that says a lot ola out a place and it’s people.

That is a place I would give my car service business if I were in the area!

Those are the things you hope for in a car service place.

Well... I scheduled an appointment for the end of this week. Here it is, on ly Monday & you're asking me about my experience. I'm not going to be there for 4 more days. You are so anxious to put your communications out there that you don't even know what day it is. Fire your communications staff & start over. You may also want to fire the people who hired THEM.

We have used them for more than a few things over the years... Backup camera system, awning replacement, water heater replacement, seals... We have always received excellent service! Our motorhome was finished on time. They were very thorough and professional. I'm confident they know RV's very well! I would highly recommend them.
