(March 9, 2023, 1:14 am)Bobbie Smith in Pacific location went way beyond what most would do to find exactly what I wanted in every way....then went beyond that to find something even better. Her customer service skills are awesome, and what an asset to your company!!!!!!! Plus even her co-worker, Chely has excellent customer service skills...made me feel very welcome while waiting for Bobbie to finish with a prior customer and brought me some coffee!!!!!!! Both are very friendly from the start making me feel comfortable from start to finish in two different visits!!!!!!! I will highly recommend your company and these two ladies you are lucky to have representing you!!!!!!
(April 11, 2022, 10:44 am)Bobbie of Fixture Gallery in Pacific , Washington provided excellent customer service. She happily provided us information and cost estimates on different toilet bidets. She also hooked us up with an installer that provided excellent service. Another showroom in Seattle was not helpful and didn't follow through on requested info. Bobbie did! Also prices were lower than I've seen elsewhere including online. Overall, it was a positive , painless experience! Thanks Bobbie and The Fixture Gallery!

A beautiful showroom with many high quality product options, superb product support, and professional staff, makes this one of my favorite places to share with my clients.
