Deer Creek Apartments

I have worked at many apartment communities over the years as a leasing agent myself. I know what is expected in multi-family housing and I can truly say I have no complaints here! I’m going on my 3rd year lease at Deer Creek. There has been a few manager changes but I’d say the staff we have now is probably the best it’s been in my opinion! They are friendly and they care about their residents. I’ve worked for companies who only care about $ and I can say THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! I came in June 2020 on an awesome lease special and my rate has never changed. It’s been a blessing as I’m a young mother and I couldn’t afford to rent anywhere else right now! I’m thankful to have such a beautiful and updated space where I can feel safe with my family!

From the very beginning of trying to move into Deer Creek it has been an awesome awesome experience they are on top of everything I have drove in there several times throughout the day to see how everything is and it's just the same as when I first went there it's peaceful is nice it's clean the apartments are beautiful and the staff are out of this world I have to give my hat off to Bonnie who is there property manager and 0Dallas. They are one of a kind and I do believe that they really do care not only about the property but about their customer service skills and the residents

I moved in about a year ago. I have been dissatisfied with situations at times. This in no way is reflected on the staff or unit. The residents need to be held accountable for the way they act and live. I have enjoyed the team and my unit has had no issues. The small things were situated quickly and the whole team has been a pleasant experience by far. The pandemic has been hard on all businesses so there is no fault just the times being rough. I am only moving to get closer to work. But will smile on my time here.
