The PD nurses are outstanding in all they do I wouldn't be alive if not for them

I want to thank the Puyallup DaVita employees for taking such good care of my sister. We are transfering down to Olympia DaVita because it is closer. You have a wonderful staff and I hope you let them know how much we appreciate their kindness in everything they do. We see it with every interaction with other dialysis patients as well. Again, many thanks and keep ip the good work!

Attentive staff who recognize that dialysis sucks and do whatever they can to make your experience less so. I have never had a single member of the staff deal with me in less than a caring, competent, and compassionate manner.

Disregard the previous poor review based on a bathroom being a mess. Personally I would rather medical personnel spend their time making sure I'm not in dire straits than immediately hop to it because some impatient, entitled douchebag feels like he's not being sufficiently kowtowed to. I was present on the night of the "dirty bathroom" incident, and I can tell you that 1. the bathroom wasn't that bad, considering the health problems and weakness of most of the patients and 2. loudly and insistently demanding people's names and making vague threats about complaining to management aren't exactly productive ways of expressing yourself, not to mention not making the experience of other patients any easier.

Also, the douchebag in question has continued to return to the same facility, for regular treatments.
