Haven't rented here yet, but I can say the gal in the office was fantastic, I felt welcomed and after letting her know my situation, I didn't feel judged. I'm noticing alot of these pierce county apartment complexes are turning the folks away that have vouchers, or are low income. Using tactics that show the poor character and lack of integrety that will eventually run the owners business into the ground, sadly, and non the less hurting the lower income in the the process, while showing the world exactly what is not only wrong with our county but what not to be like. But this woman ( and i forget her mame im so sorry) She treated me fairly and equally in our meeting. Thank-you!! It people like her that make the difference in our lives.

I am OBSESSED with this community! I've been looking for a place with a spacious dog park, modern interior and inviting environment and this place checks all my boxes! Heather was so sweet on our tour, be sure to ask for her when you schedule! She made the experience so spectacular. Looking forward to making this my new home.
