Program works great. It’s not difficult and doesn’t require any extra exercise. Adding light exercise certainly increases the effectiveness of the program. I average about 4 lbs per week. I had two surgeries and went off the program. They welcomed me back when I was ready to start again. Sandy is always available.

This has been a very positive experience for me. I've tried many other weight loss programs and have eventually gained the weight back. I'm not at my goal yet, but the big difference I've noticed is the knowledge I've gained since starting, from my coach as well as from the daily video that is emailed to me. The food packets are good and there is a wide variety of things to choose from that satisfy my sweet or salty cravings. I appreciate that the support I need to help me understand how to continue a healthy lifestyle will be available to me as long as I need it.
