We had never used this shop before but they were able to get us in right away. My son took his car in because it was overheating and idling rough. Right before we took it in we swapped out the thermostat at home. The shop test drove our vehicle extensively (almost 100 miles) which was fine with us. They could not get it to overheat and they guess that swapping out the thermostat solved the problem. They ran a full diagnostic and told us the car was fine. The handed us back the keys and told us to have a good day and didn't charge us a dime. The best customer service I've ever experienced and a quality shop that seems to love to do good work without overcharging their customers. I have 10 people in my family and we will all be bringing our vehicles here in the future.

When shopping for a new mechanic I came across business and the manager was very helpful and professional. I feel confident in having my car repaired at this shop.
