(August 28, 2023, 5:34 pm)When I called I was greeted by their receptionist Susie who listened and got me a technician to come out the same day. Enrich showed up and did a walk around and checked in the attic for the bees. Since they weren’t in the attic he treated the outside took down some nest and treated the outside. BRC homes recommended them so I knew they had to be good and they didn’t disappoint. Thanks Susie for being friendly and upbeat and Enrich for getting rid of the bees. Their technicians are professional, friendly and well-trained. We've had to coordinate planning with tenants who pose some challenges, but the staff has been very helpful. Their website, visit summaries and personal relationships make this a top choice if you have pest issues. We highly recommend them.
(February 21, 2023, 6:27 pm)I contacted Sentinel after hearing pretty loud noises in my attic. From the first call and appointment scheduling to the tech coming to review the issue, the experience was extremely positive.
What impressed me the most was the extra time and care that Erich, the technician took in addressing my problem. He didn't rush through the process, but instead took his time to ensure that we didn't miss anything.
Overall, I highly recommend Sentinel Pest Control to anyone who is looking for a friendly, expert, and detailed approach to pest control. They take the time and care necessary to ensure that their customers are satisfied with their services, and they go above and beyond.
