(August 18, 2022, 6:44 pm)I took my car in for service and was greeted by JR. After the service was done, my sportage lost one of the vent visors, and he was quick to look into the issue. He went above and beyond and even added new adhesive to the part to make sure it stuck. All around very pleasant and helpful.
