We test drove lots of cars and really it was the salesman that made us feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger. Mostly cause he left us alone, but not too alone. Didn't feel like he was just in it for the sale and that he genuinely wanted the right car for my kid. I've already been telling people to go see Boaz. He put up with my humor well and also made us a great deal. The owner was also there and was super friendly as well.”

“Several months ago my daughter had the flu and after calling several, kirks was the only location in the area with tamiflu. When I walked in it reminded me of my small hometown, a family pharmacy with personal customer service. The receptionist told me to take a seat and when it was filled the pharmacist came out and gave me the directions to administer it rather than calling me back up to the counter. Everyone was so friendly. I got home and told my husband we’d be switching all our prescriptions to them from now on and visiting them first when we need OTC meds. Fast forward to today, my husband and I both came down with norovirus overnight and were struggling with our two little ones who of course feel fine. After a virtual visit I had my doctor send in a prescription to zofran today (Saturday) and my mother in law offered to pick it up. She arrived to find the store closed (my fault should have looked at the hours!) but serendipitously some family members of the owners were in the parking lot and the pharmacist made a special trip to get us our prescription- now a days, who does that!?! Thank you! You’ve got some new lifelong customers (though I promise to find a back up for future Saturday or Sunday emergencies).”

“I enjoy how genuinely nice everyone is at this Safeway pharmacy. No matter how busy. However; signs, listings, and advertising is important. The pharmacy hours are quiet confusing. Online and all over the store it states, the pharmacy closes at 9pm, Monday-Friday. The sign at the pharmacy window and now Google state 8pm. (Earlier Google stated 9pm.) It would be so helpful if someone could please update the hours of operation signs & website.”

“Just picked up 2 pieces, my Grandfather's shell backed chair and a 6' couch. Both pieces were impeccably reapholstered and refurbished. The couch had cushions,batting and foam replaced as well as a spring. After speaking with the owner i chose a firmer foam for the coshions. The couch is now more comfortable than when I first bought it. The chair is at least 50 years old and needed its' springs resecured, and a wiggly arm. The seet no longer sags to the front of the chair and the arm is solid. It is better than I can ever remember in my lifetime. The selection of fabrics took me a good hour due to the sheer number of options. I got to explain what I was looking for and what I wanted for the end product. The owner worked with me and was extremely honest with expectations, cost and deadlines. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for this type of exceptional product and service.”

I’ve been a professional automobile technician since 1989 beginning at a Suzuki, Isuzu and Honda new car dealership. This is a tool so nice it makes you want to keep it clean. “Went in to do a little work outside of home. They have a single staple bike rack which is better than nothing but while I was there, 3 other cyclists rolled up and had to babysit their bikes because of lack of accommodation. After enjoying my coffee, I went up for a food item and a cup of water. The barista remembered my name from 2 hours before and gave me a large cup, it was very appreciated, I wish I had caught her name.”

“I didn't quite find what I had initially went for, but still left with something. Scored some nice wall art, and a few garments for myself and family. There is a huge selection of dresses, which is not easy to come by typically at a thrift store! The entire store is well-organized, clean. The self-checkout through me off a bit, but not something I wasn't used to. I've been coming to this VV for over a decade now, and the service and quality of items have always been top notch for me.”
